Henry Sklarz - Principal

Henry Sklarz is the Principal of Sklarz Lawyers and has practised as a barrister & solicitor in Western Australia for over 40 years. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1978 and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia.

Henry has a strong reputation in criminal defence law advocacy and an enviable track record of trial success.

Dan Sklarz - Solicitor

[BCom  LLB]

Dan Sklarz is a solicitor who practises in criminal and commercial law. He has experience in a range of areas including State and Commonwealth crime, property confiscations/asset freezing, general commercial, dispute resolution and litigation.

He has appeared in the superior courts of Western Australia and has worked at Sklarz Lawyers since 2016 under barrister Henry Sklarz, initially as a paralegal, then as a practising solicitor.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (corporate finance & economics) from the University of Notre Dame WA, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2024.
