Henry Sklarz – Principal, Barrister & Solicitor [BA B Juris LLB]

Henry Sklarz is the Principal of Sklarz Lawyers and has practised as a barrister & solicitor in Western Australia for over 40 years in criminal defence and commercial litigation.

Henry has previously practised as a barrister at the independent bar and as a partner of a mid-tier law firm in the 1980s and 90s.

He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1978 and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia.

Henry has a strong reputation in criminal defence law advocacy and an enviable track record of success.

Dan Sklarz – Barrister & Solicitor [BCom LLB]

Dan Sklarz is a barrister & solicitor with vast experience appearing as instructing solicitor and/or counsel in superior courts and tribunals in Western Australia. He specialises in practice areas including State and Commonwealth crime, appeals, civil and public law litigation, asset freezing/confiscations and general dispute resolution.

Dan has worked at Sklarz Lawyers since 2016, initially as a paralegal, then as a practising lawyer and holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (corporate finance & economics) from the University of Notre Dame WA. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2024.
